How to check NIF numbers in Portugal?
Once the application is successful , we will send you an email with your Portuguese NIF numbers document. We will also apply the NIF password for you. So you will be able to login the official Portuguese tax authority website.
Documents Needed
– Valid passport, recent (within 3 months) address proof – can be utilities bill, bank statement and etc

Steps:

Steps:

2 – We will send an introduction email to the bank manager, copying you, with all your documents attached. The bank manager will follow up and send you some KYC questions for you to answer and ask you for any other documents.
3 – Your bank account manager will prepare a bank form for you to sign. Please sign and sent back the forms to your bank manager to verify the signature and the content. After verification, please send the bank forms to the bank by post.
4 – After receiving your forms and passing through the compliance, your account should be ready. Your bank manager will inform you about the opening of your new account, along with your account details and internet banking details.

Declare tax/ non-tax resident
When you relocate to Portugal and spend more than 183 days in a given year here, it is essential to transition your tax status to become a tax resident. As a tax resident, you are obligated to report your worldwide income
likewise, if you decide to leave Portugal or no longer remain in the country for over 183 days, it is necessary to declare yourself as a non-tax resident. In this status, you are not subject to taxation on your global income.
We are here to assist you in declaring your tax or non-tax residence status. In the case of non-tax residence, we will act as your tax representative, and the fees already cover the first year of tax representation services!

– Your NIF number, your NIF password. For changing tax/ non-tax resident, we need a recent (within 3 months) address proof of the residency you will be changing to.
